You get individual attention, coaching, mentoring, and training all developed around your specific needs and at a price you can afford. Whether it be a one off event or a long term program, we'll work with you to ensure success.
Typical leadership training courses cost literally tens of thousands for day long seminars and supporting materials. As a small business owner, we understand that training expenses like that make programs inaccessible. Our mission is to provide the same quality information at affordable prices. In addition, we offer one - on - one coaching for your new leaders. Forget consultant fees of $300 - $500 an hour. We'll give you personal leadership coaching and mentoring for a fraction of that cost. More importantly, it will be coaching and mentoring targeted to the individual leaders personal needs.

The 'PAWS for Effect' program is available in a presentation format designed to motivate and inspire. We use creative, memorable stories to present the foundational principles of leadership that apply to employee engagement and customize our presentations to your organization's needs. You'll walk away with hands on tools that can be implemented within your workplace to engage employees.

On-site Training Workshops
Are you looking for group coaching or a training event for your team? The various elements of 'PAWS for Effect' are available in 1-hr meeting facilitation programs or a 4-hr seminar type presentation focusing on targeted leadership principles. Your leaders will walk away with skills they can apply with their team and Managers will have coaching tools that can be utilized throughout the year. Included in our on-site programs is individual coaching for attendees as well.
Leadership Coaching / Mentoring
For many new leaders the challenge is finding someone off which to bounce ideas and / or to ask for help. All new leaders need some sort of support. They're new to a position of responsibility and don't want anyone (especially their boss) to think they don't know what to do. Having a coach or mentor is a valuable resource. Pen-Tech Professional LLC offers leadership coaching for new leaders when THEY need it and leadership coaching about what THEY want. There's no curriculum or defined program. Coaching is designed around the leader and customized to current needs.
