Coaching and Mentoring
For entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses, it can be difficult to adjust to growth in many ways. For many, dealing with the business decisions is the easy part. Dealing with the human or employee decisions is the hard part. At Pen-Tech Professional LLC, we offer coaching related to leadership and employee engagement to help leaders and business owners develop productive employees to help grow their business.
So What is Coaching?
Coaching isn't counseling or consulting. It's an interactive partnership between you and your coach through a process of self-discovery. Some coaching is skill based designed to help leaders develop a specific management skill. Some coaching is strategic, designed to help outline a path for the future. Whatever your need, your coach will work with you to identify goals and document a plan to achieve those goals.
At Pen-Tech Professional LLC, we offer four types of coaching and will customize a plan for your needs. Each of the programs is outlined below. Give us a call for more information or to discuss your needs. We offer a complimentary consultation.
PAWS Leadership -- $75 per session or $200 for three sessions
The Leadership program is our most popular and designed for new leaders, however, experienced leaders can also benefit. The program is designed to help new leaders develop the skills that will be crucial to their future success managing and engaging a team. PAWS Leadership is an hour of one-on-one coaching related specifically to business communication, leadership, and employee engagement.
Do you need to dazzle with a presentation?
Would you like to be able to write performance appraisals that actually motivate your staff?
Do you want to better understand how to connect with and engage your employees?

Coaching regarding professional communication is the objective of this program. Every new leader needs some form of support in their new position. Let Pen-Tech Professional LLC help you effectively communicate with everyone from staff to executives.
PAWS Mentoring -- $150 / three sessions
The Mentoring program is prescheduled time. Three forty-minute sessions are scheduled during the month. (Typically one per week, but it could be more or less frequent.) These coaching sessions will focus on a predetermined, specific issue that you identify. This program is perfect for those who would like guidance working through organizational development issues. The purpose of PAWS Mentoring is to provide coaching and mentoring around specific challenges faces by leaders. Maybe you're struggling with an employee performance issue? Would you like assistance with identifying and communicating clear expectations for your staff? How do you get your employees to think like you? These are just a few examples where mentoring can be a benefit.
PAWS Professional -- $750
Our professional coaching program is a six month program related to organizational development. Specific elements to the professional program are:
